As mentioned at the presentation day, we will from here on be training twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so please ensure you arrange your work shifts and social lives around this. There will be a strict "no train, no play" policy this year - even if that leaves us short of players on a matchday - so if you want to be a part of it you need to get yourselves down to training on a regular basis.

Many (but not all) of these training sessions will be as a joint session with the rest of the senior section. This will give those of you who have not been before good exposure to the senior coaches and will be invaluable experience.

We had a very successful season last year. Let's put the work in and make this coming season our best ever.
